YieldGimp Ltd (Company No. 16346881 - hereinafter referred to as “YieldGimp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YieldGimp mobile and web applications (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
YieldGimp is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The App performs yield calculations and presents related data for UK gilts and bonds. Prices are estimates and may not reflect actual market prices. The App does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the information presented.
Without representing or warranting the accuracy thereof, yield calculations are performed to follow recognised market conventions, including (where applicable) the formulae and methodologies published by the UK Debt Management Office (DMO):

While YieldGimp aims to implement these methodologies accurately, no warranty is made that calculations are error-free, complete, fully compliant with all market conventions, or suitable for any specific financial purpose. Results may differ from other market sources due to rounding, timing, data inputs, convention differences, or implementation choices.
The App is intended to support research, learning, and analysis only and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment, trading, tax, or financial decisions.
Access to certain features of YieldGimp requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased either:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store, billing and cancellations are managed in your Apple account settings. If you purchase through Stripe, billing and cancellations are managed via the Stripe Billing Portal, accessible through our website.
An active subscription provides access to premium analytics across both the YieldGimp mobile apps and the website, provided your subscription remains valid.
The App and all information contained within are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees regarding completeness, correctness, timeliness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YieldGimp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its information, including any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.
Users agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access restricted data, or reverse-engineer the platform. You must not use the App in a way that interferes with its integrity or other users' access.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
